Direct Listing fees cover six months and renew with the listing. The $50,000 band includes the compliance check and the Professional Asset Valuation. Escrow fees are paid by the buyer to the escrow provider and are never a Publisher Market fee. On a Direct Listing, Publisher Market does not broker the sale or take a cut of it. On an Elite Listing, Publisher Market brokers the sale and you pay its success fee at close. Buyers pay no commission. Social asset transfers at $5,000 and above settle through Escrow.com. Below that, you and the buyer arrange payment, and Publisher Market recommends escrow.
